How to choose LED bulbs

How to choose LED bulbs

When choosing LED bulbs, the following factors need to be considered:

Brightness: The brightness of LED bulbs is generally expressed in lumens (lm). Brighter bulbs require more lumens. You can choose the right brightness level for your room size and purpose.

Color temperature: The color temperature of an LED bulb refers to the color of the light it emits. Warmer light bulbs are usually used in bedrooms and living rooms, while cooler light bulbs are usually used in kitchens and offices. Generally speaking, the warmer color temperature range is 2700K-3500K, and the cooler color temperature range is 4000K-6500K.

Energy efficiency: The energy efficiency of LED bulbs can be measured by looking at their wattage. The lower the wattage, the more energy efficient the bulb is because it can emit the same light with less electricity.

Life: LED bulbs have a long life and can usually last more than 25,000 hours. Choosing longer life bulbs will reduce the frequency of bulb replacement.

Color rendering index: Color rendering index refers to the degree to which the light emitted by the bulb restores the color of the object. The higher the color rendering index, the better the degree of restoration of the color of the object by the light emitted by the bulb. Generally speaking, a lamp with a color rendering index of more than 80 can provide a better color reduction effect.
